Will I see my portrait before it is printed?
Yes. You will receive a digital preview before your portrait enters production. You can request changes at this stage, or cancel your order for a full refund if it is not right for you.
What happens if my photograph is not suitable?
We review every uploaded photograph before creating your portrait. If the image quality is too low or unsuitable, we will contact you and help you choose a better photograph. If no suitable image is available, your order can be cancelled and refunded.
Can I request changes to the portrait?
Yes. After receiving your preview, you can request a recreation before approving it for production. Your selected crop, frame and size form part of the order you review at checkout; contact support before approval if an order detail is wrong.
What happens if my portrait arrives damaged?
Contact us with photographs of the damage and packaging. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost, provided the damage is reported within the period stated in our delivery policy.
How long will my order take?
Your first preview is prepared in up to 5 working days with Standard, or within 1 working day with Express. After approval, allow up to 4 working days for printing and framing. UK shipping takes up to 3 working days with Standard, or typically 1–2 working days with Express. Express includes both priority creation and express shipping. Estimates exclude approval delays, recreations and public holidays; multiple portraits wait until all are approved or cancelled.
